Returns and Exchanges

Thank you for shopping at Little Cottontail! We always want you to be happy with your purchase, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns in exchange for store credit only. Returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of your purchase to receive store credit or exchange for a different size. We are unable to accommodate exchanges online. 

All sale items, gift cards, swimwear, hair accessories, socks & hosiery, personalized / monogrammed items, and special orders are final sale.

Guidelines for Online Returns:
Returns must receive a Return Authorization Number, please contact us at hello@littlecottontail.com for the authorization. 
Returns are accepted for items that are mailed back to us within 10 days of the delivery date, according to tracking.
Return items should be in their original condition, unworn and with tags still attached. 
Shipping cost will not be refunded, and a return shipping label will not be provided. We recommend selecting a carrier that offers tracking for your return.
Returns should be sent to Little Cottontail at 907 S Friendswood Dr, Suite 101, Friendswood, TX 77546. Please include your packing slip.

Damaged Items: 
Any damaged items must be reported within 2 days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at hello@littlecottontail.com and attach photos of the defective item.
